For really unique kid's clothes and shoes try Studio Bini. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. The prices on some things are a big more than the mall stores, but then again you'll get stuff here...

Many of the cute baby/toddler clothes in the store are designed by the owner of the store and she also tries to have the clothes sewn locally. Very friendly. But, they might be moving to a new location soon.
